This is the first step in beginning your License application to become a Full Licensed Agent. Using your workplace experience you will work through 19 units of competency outlined by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
The Full License application program is designed for agents with a minimum of 12 months experience working as an Agent Representative and looking to open their own agency or increase their credibility within the industry.
Agents Registration Program
This program is for anyone looking to enter the rewarding real estate industry. This is the mandatory program that all agents must complete. You will be able to work in both Property Management and Sales after successfully completing the program.
Students will complete the following units: CPPDSM4008A Identify legal and ethical requirements of sales to complete agency work CPPDSM4080A Work in the real estate industry CPPDSM4009B Interpret legislation to complete agency work CPPDSM4012A List property for sale CPPDSM4010A Lease property CPPDSM4022A Sell and finalise the sale of property by private treaty CPPDSM4015B Minimise agency and consumer risk
