The Unrestricted Real Estate Registration course (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice WA (CPP41419)) qualifies you to work in any role within a real estate agency. This includes sales, property management, body corporate management, as a stock and station agent or as a buyers’ agent.

They must also register for a Unique Student Identifier number. This can be done during the course registration process.

Who will issue my qualification?

Entry Education will issue all students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results as we’re a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529).

Students will receive soft copies (PDFs) of their real estate licence certificate within 48 hours of successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.
